The apartment on rental is a guest’s dependence of a larger villa, located in a luxuriant and peaceful hill just on the Tyrrenian sea with a marvelous panorama. It is surrounded by a private park of 2.500 m² with olive trees, pines, orange trees and cypresses, in which there is a swimming pool with solarium where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Talamone gulf and “Uccellina” Park.
 
 
   
The apartment, at the ground floor, has its private access and garden where a dining corner with table, chairs and deck chairs is reserved to the guests. In the property there is a sheltered parking area for one car.
The apartment (built in 1998) is well furnished and consist in a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, one twin bedroom with ceiling fan (on request is available a  portable air conditioner), a little room with fitted wardrobe, one bathroom with shower and bidet. It is equipped with sat tv.
On request just close to the apartment is available a bedroom equipped with single bed and bathroom with shower and bidet.
The nearest beach is just at 1.2 Km. Easy to get "Giannella" and "Feniglia" beaches . Not far (20/30 minutes by car) clothed and naturist beaches in beautiful National Parks at "Burano oasis" and "Marina di Alberese". Porto S.Stefano is at 2.5 Km (various shops, supermarkets, nice restaurants, diving centers, port with ferries to the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago). Green (golf) and SPA at 10 minutes.

L’appartamento è la dependance per gli ospiti di una villa che si affaccia sul mare con uno splendido panorama sul golfo di Talamone, l’Uccellina e l’Elba. La casa è circondata da un parco di 2500 m2 con una lussureggiante vegetazione di olivi, cipressi, pini e alberi da frutta, ed è dotata di piscina e solarium.
L’appartamento è al piano terreno con un accesso privato ed una porzione del giardino ad uso esclusivo, attrezzato con poltrone prendisole, tavolo pranzo e barbecue. Nel garage coperto e protetto è disponibile un posto auto.
L’appartamento (realizzato nel 1998) è arredato piacevolmente. Consiste di un tinello con angolo cottura attrezzato, divano letto, tavolo pranzo; una camera doppia con ventilatore a soffitto (a richiesta condizionatore portatile), un disimpegno con armadio a muro; il bagno con tutti gli elementi; TV satellitare. Lenzuoli, asciugamani e teli doccia sono in dotazione.
A richiesta si può abbinare una camera singola con bagno, attigua all’appartamento.
La spiaggia più vicina è a 1,2 Km. Molto vicine la spiaggia di Giannella e di Feniglia. Non lontane (20/30 minuti di auto) le spiagge di Burano e Alberese dentro due riserve naturali protette.
Porto S. Stefano è a 4 Km. (vari negozi, supermarkets, graziosi ristoranti, centri diving). Dal porto traghetti per Giglio e Giannutri e crociere nell’Arcipelago Toscano, noleggio imbarcazioni e taxi boats alle spiagge dell’Argentario. A 10 minuti il campo da golf e la SPA. Gite nei parchi naturali dell’Uccellina e alle terme di Saturnia.
